Albuquerque, NM - July 21, 2015 - The New Mexico Rail Runner Express is kicking-off its Rails, Trails & Ales Brew Tour on Saturday, August 1st with special events in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Tour participants can choose from walking, biking and trolley tours to local breweries guided by local experts. The first 1,000 participants taking the train to the kick-off events will receive a commemorative pint glass from the New Mexico Rail Runner Express!

"This is an opportunity for the Rail Runner to help people explore what's become a very popular and growing trend in Central New Mexico - the craft beer culture", said Jay Faught, Marketing Manager for Rio Metro Regional Transit District. "It's like we've taken a page from a European travel guide and connected the dots from brewery to brewery along the Rio Grande corridor."
