Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque celebrates once more it´s monthly Spanish Cooking Class in collaboration with the National Hispanic Cultural Center and Pop Fizz. This month of July attendees will have the opportunity to taste the best tapas thanks to our Spanish chef, Chari Arellano. Menu includes: -Appetizer: gazpacho. -Main course: varied tapas including filet with caramelized onion and goat cheese, Spanish prawn tortilla and patatas bravas. -Dessert: fresh egg flan. -A bottle of water / a glass of wine.
