It's week five of our #365DaysOfEvents campaign and we have lots of fun in store. From screenwriting workshops to the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan, there are lots of fun things in store this week in Albuquerque.

Grossology: The Impolite Science of the Human Body 

There are some pretty gross things that our bodies produce and this unique science exhibit explains them in a fun and informative way. The exhibit runs through May 4th and based on the best-selling book, Grossology, by science teacher Sylvia Branzei.

Masterworks

Masterworks of New Mexico

This juried fine arts show features some of the finest artists in New Mexico in four divisions: miniatures, watermedia, pastel, oil and acrylic works. The show runs at EXPO New Mexico through April 26th, so if you can't make it today, you still have time.

ASH Project

The ASH Project is a dance and film project about a younger generation's response to the Holocaust and similar tragedies. The event, taking place at ArtBar, is open to everyone. Those that aren't members of ArtBar will gain membership with their ticket purchase.

The Dog Whisperer is making his way to Albuquerque for a live show. Millan will reveal the secrets of happier, healthier relationships between humans and their canine companions, as well as have live dogs on hand for demonstrations. If your dog is behaving badly, there will also be a Q&A opportunity to ask questions.

Outpost continues its Music Appreciation Series a wide ranging series of informal 90-minute, Sunday afternoon lectures and/or lecture demonstrations/ listening sessions about music from around the world from jazz of all styles, to classical music, to music of West Africa. This week looks through a melting pot of jazz, rock, hip-hop, soul, and electronic music.
