Shakespeare on the Plaza: Romeo & Juliet
The Vortex Theatre and the City of Albuquerque Cultural Services Division presents Romeo and Juliet outdoors. Romeo and Juliet is the famed tragedy of two "star-crossed" teenagers from feuding families who fall in love with each other and attempt to change their destinies.

The Yards Beer Craft Premier
Breweries from around New Mexico will be on showcase with a curated selection of craft breweries from around the country, feature a selection of unique flavors and styles. The Yards Craft Beer premier will also highlight New Mexico's robust film community, fun live music, ABQ's top food trucks all in the iconic setting of a 100 year old renovated build in the Railyards.

Solar Sunday
View the sun in several ways through a variety of specially-filtered telescopes provided by the Albuquerque Astronomical Society, fun family activities will demonstrate the power of the Sun's light, heat, and radiation. Kids can color their own sun, make solar-powered jewelry, and learn how to protect their eyes in the daytime.
