FOOD TRUCKS

Year-round, Albuquerque's food trucks offer the perfect way to sample a wide assortment of creative eats from traditional New Mexican fare to barbeque to Japanese. New Mexico has a glorious climate that lends itself perfectly to food truck dining. With 310 days of sunshine and an average annual high temperature of 70 degrees, you'll hardly find a day when a food truck can't be found around town or posted up outside of one of Albuquerque's breweries.

Food Truck Fridays

Grab lunch from a local food truck every Friday from March through September at Civic Plaza during Food Truck Fridays. Food trucks are parked along Third Street between Marquette and Tijeras. There are a variety of local food trucks scheduled weekly.

Pacific Rim Food Truck Park

Pacific Rim Food Park includes five food trucks, all Asian- or woman-owned. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Pacific Rim offers diners a diverse choice of dishes from Vietnam, Japan, South America, California and beyond.
