Tequila Tasting, Chile Roasting, Bread and Infused Oil Dips

The Corn Maiden is offering interactive culinary events and more during NM Restaurant Week.
WHO: Corn Maiden Restaurant, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa

WHAT: During New Mexico Restaurant Week February 23 - March 2, the Corn Maiden is offering a special 3-course dinner for only $40. Tamaya's own Master Sommelier, Elijah Daren, and Corn Maiden Chef de Cuisine, Eric Stumpf will also be leading two fun and interactive cooking sessions. Each session is $30 per person and includes ample sampling! (Please note: sessions below must be reserved through the NM Restaurant Week website).
