The new design features contemporary décor, zones to support guest activities of eating, working, and relaxing, the latest in technology, and engaging music and lighting schemes.

As well, the new public area provides multi-function space in a comfortable, casual setting with the latest décor and technology.
Located 4 minutes from downtown and 7 miles from the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, the Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque offers guests convenient access to Kirtland Air Force Base, University of New Mexico and Sandia Peak.
