The Pueblo of Santa Ana - The Tamaya Mist Spa & Salon at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe in New Mexico, has recently been named one of the top resort spas in the country by Condé Nast Traveler, one of the nation’s leading travel magazines. The Tamaya Mist Spa & Salon was ranked as the 11th best resort spa in the United States in April issue of Condé Nast Traveler magazine. The spa was ranked by people who have received treatments and services at the Tamaya Mist Spa & Salon and from the readers of the magazine.

“It is an incredible honor to be recognized by Condé Nast Traveler readers as having one of the best resort spas in the country. It is a clear testament to the skills of our masseusers and the services provided at our recently renovated spa,” said Jerry Westenhaver, general manager of the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa. “The Tamaya Mist Spa & Salon offers customized and unique spa treatments that are indigenous to New Mexico and we are very pleased that our guests have rated us so high in a national magazine.”

For a limited time, the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is offering the “Balance” package for travelers seeking a relaxing getaway. The “Balance” package includes a one night room accommodation, full breakfast each morning of the guest’s stay at the resort, a $200 spa credit towards a treatment of the guest’s choice, and a 1:00 p.m. late checkout. In addition, the Tamaya Mist Spa & Salon offers guests the unique Ancient Drumming treatment which incorporates an application of mud from the Jemez Mountains that is infused with New Mexico’s red chile, creating a highly detoxifying mud masque treatment.
