Cine en Construcción (Cinema in Progress)

Albuquerque. Instituto Cervantes of Albuquerque in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center present the 5th annual Cine en Construcción (Cinema in Progress) film series, a collaboration between the San Sebastián (Spain) Film Festival and Encuentros Cinemas d'Amerique Latine de Tulouse (France), formed to promote and distribute new, independent films from Latin America.

Every Thursday from February 10 through March 10th, 7pm at Bank of America Theatre, National Hispanic Cultural Center

This year’s selection of films includes:

February 10: Cautiva/Captive (Argentina, 2002)
February 17: Sumas y restas/ Additions and substracciones (Colombia, 2003)
February 24: Bar El Chino/Chino’s Bar (Argentina, 2003)
March 3: Parapalos. Argentina, 2004
March 10: Monobloc. Argentina, 2004
