ALBUQUERQUE, NM--The ABQ BioPark is anticipating another summer of great live music at the Zoo and Botanic Garden. The season lineup promises wild fun for the whole family with amazing performers from local favorites like the NM Philharmonic, Blue Hornets and Boris McCutcheon to nationally known musicians like Marc Cohn, Perla Batalla, John Gorka, Paula Cole and Little Joe y la Familia.
 
"We believe there is no better place in New Mexico to see live music in an outdoor setting. Plus, tickets are really affordable," said Maryann Torrez, BioPark Events and Operations Supervisor.
 
This summer's lineup features pianists and jazz musicians, as well as bluegrass and Americana choices:

Summer Nights guests can also look forward to the Ritzy Rouge Hula Hoop Troupe at the Botanic Garden every Thursday and the Clan Tynker Family Circus will join the fun on June 12, 19 & 26 and July 10, 17, 24 & 31.

Tickets for Zoo music and Summer Nights are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors (65+) and $3 for kids (3-12). NM BioPark Society members receive half-off. Tickets will go on sale mid-May both online and from BioPark cashiers.
 
"In addition to our regular concerts, we've got two great fundraisers in the works. It looks like Chris Isaak and Indigo Girls will probably be coming in July for Go Wild! benefit concerts," added Torrez. "We'll share those details as soon as they are confirmed!"
