Seasonal Daily Service Begins June 5 and Operates Through Aug. 18
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Customers traveling to and from Albuquerque will have additional access to a major hub when traveling this summer. American Airlines will offer new nonstop service between the Albuquerque International Sunport and Charlotte Douglas International Airport between June 5 and Aug. 18, 2015. The daily service will be operated with a 150-seat US Airways Airbus A320.
"This is great news for the city and state, opening up not only leisure travel connections, but convention and business opportunities as well," Mayor Richard Berry said. "American Airlines has been a longtime partner at the Sunport and we look forward to a continued strong relationship with additional growth opportunities."

The Albuquerque to Charlotte flight will complement American's year-round service from Albuquerque to Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles and Phoenix.
