The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is proud to announce its 5th annual “Field to Feast Celebration” to be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 As part of this program, we host an annual Chile Cook-Off which is a competition for the best Chile stew of the event. We are looking for competitors representing the Pueblos and other New Mexico tribal communities.

Each participant will receive $200 to cover their expenses in preparing their Chile stew and traveling to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center provides: tables, butane warmers, sampling cups and fresh baked oven bread. All you need to bring is: at least 6 quarts of your best chile stew, a cooking pot that can sit over an open burner, and a serving spoon.

Thank you and we look forward to celebrating our 2011 Field to Feast with you!
