Olga Kern International Piano Competition

The inaugural Olga Kern International Piano competition, an exciting new competition between 24 of the best young pianists in the world will be held in Albuquerque, and you're invited to attend! Chosen from more than 100 applicants, the 24 competitors from 15 countries will compete for more than $30,000 in prize money. World-renowned pianist Olga Kern will serve as one of the nine distinguished jury members for this prestigious competition.

November 14-15: Preliminary Rounds-9am-8pm with all 24 competitors will be at the National Hispanic Cultural Center.
November 17: Semi-Finals-10:30am-9pm with 8 competitors at the NHCC.

November 19: Final Round-6pm with 4 finalists at Popejoy Hall in conjunction with NMPhil's "Stars of the Future" concert conducted by Vladimir Kern. Audience members will vote for the Audience Award winner.

November 20: Awards Ceremony and Winners Recital-3pm at NHCC.
