Basic Ballroom Group Class

Did you know that the Waltz was surrounded by controversy when it first appeared in the dance world? It was considered a scandalous style of dancing. The dancing of the royal courts had very specific steps and protocol for dancing, where the Waltz was considered the dancing of the country people. Our elegant Waltz was once considered too sultry for society. Want to learn more? Join us for our basic ballroom dance group class Basic group classes are designed for the beginner dancer. Our professionally NM State certified instructors will teach you the steps and will also talk about how to be a good lead and a good follower.
