The experts at DatingAdvice.com recently ranked Albuquerque #6 on their list of 10 Unexpected Cities for the Perfect Date. As a single girl in the 505, I can attest to our city having a surprising number of fun date-night locales. The list features "dynamic date options", in contrast to larger cities more often associated with active dating scenes.
Albuquerque has "the best of both worlds, offering big-city art and dining, as well as small-town charm and hospitality." Visit in October for an early morning cuddle under a balloon filled sky at the International Balloon Fiesta, or head to Old Town to walk hand-in-hand along the idillic ristra adorned historic buildings. You can even ride The Tram to Sandia Peak after sharing a sopaipilla, which is one of my personal favorites. But don't just take it from me! Get out on the town with a cute date on your arm to experience all our charming city has to offer.
