We're celebrating National Margarita Day here in Albuquerque with the help of our friends at Zacatecas Tacos + Tequila. The authentic Mexican restaurant (named after the region in Mexico known for its classic, cross cultural blend of foods and recipes) is a popular spot for not only happy hour, but also a delicious meal. The soft tacos with fresh organic ingredients are creations of award-winning chef, Mark Kiffin.

We snagged this fun version of the prickly pear margarita - Brisa Fresca - from the restaurant in honor of National Margarita Day on February 22. Try and make one at home, or head on over to the restaurant for a cocktail crafted by the pros.
